Patent Cost Calculator is a standalone information tool provided by GIG Inventions Sàrl. It is not affiliated with WIPO, the EPO, or any national or regional intellectual property office. GIG Inventions Sàrl offers and develops Patfee and may provide intellectual property related services. The presence of a practitioner or a firm in the directory, as well as its ranking, does not constitute a personalised recommendation nor a guarantee of their services. Any service is subject to terms agreed separately with the provider concerned.

The service operates two distinct directories. The patent attorneys directory is free and neutral. The firm directory is a paid listing service: firms subscribe to be listed and their position and features depend on the subscription tier purchased, which is a sponsored placement and not an editorial assessment of quality, competence or price.

Unless otherwise stated, GIG Inventions Sàrl owns the rights in the software, texts, structure, tables, presentation and original graphic elements of the service. Any unauthorised reproduction, substantial extraction, republication, resale or automated exploitation is prohibited.
